1.ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel a placed order, please contact us at service@raystudio.com before the order ships. Submitting a cancellation request before the order ships does not guarantee a successful cancellation. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully cancelled.

We cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. Please wait for your order to be shipped and contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return. Declining a shipped order or failing to follow the return procedure may result in the item being lost in transit or rejected by the warehouse due to lack of return registration, which may result in ineligibility for a refund or replacement.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer have to show, via photos or video, the defect in your product, and the associated defect is eligible for coverage.

To be eligible for returns,

  • Products must be in their unused condition with the original packing and unopened. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. RAYSTUDIO cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to RAYSTUDIO. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
  • Damaged items caused by human factors.

 

3. HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

You have up to 7 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.

Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.

Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.

 

4. FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Contact us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.

Step 2. GET RETURN INSTRUCTION

Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions.

Step 3. RETURN THE GOODS

Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it according to the return instruction.                                    

Step 4. REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

We have a warehouse in China. If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to Contact us. Our customer service representatives will provide you with the return address base on your order details within 24 hours.

Please note that refunds will be applied to the form of original payment method used to make the order.

You will receive your refund within 24 hours after we have received your item.
