Instructions for Use
1. During use, avoid getting paint on the brush ferrule. Otherwise, the bristles may spread and lose their ability to form a fine point.
2. After use, clean the brush tip promptly. It is recommended to use brush soap or brush cleaner for proper cleaning and maintenance.
3. Do not soak the brush for extended periods. Prolonged soaking may cause the tip to deform or become damaged, and may also lead to cracking of the handle due to water absorption.

4. After cleaning, gently blot excess water from the brush tip with a paper towel and wipe in the direction of the bristles. Carefully reshape the tip to a pointed form. If the brush will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to protect the tip with brush preserver.

1. When You Receive a New Brush
During transportation, the bristles may occasionally spread due to pressure. This does not affect performance and is not a cause for concern. Before first use, if there are loose or accidentally shed hairs, gently pull them out along the direction of the bristles. If split or stray hairs are present, carefully trim them with small scissors. The brush will then be ready for normal use.
2. Usage Tips
Natural hair is a natural material; water-based paints are recommended. Please avoid using corrosive paints or solvents (such as lacquer paints, enamel paints, or other corrosive industrial paints), as they may damage the bristles. During use, avoid allowing paint to reach the base of the bristles. If paint accidentally enters the base, clean the brush immediately to prevent paint from drying and affecting the brush’s ability to form a fine point.
3. Daily Care and Maintenance
After use, clean the bristles promptly with clean water or dedicated brush soap. Gently wipe the bristles, straighten them, and allow the brush to air-dry naturally in the shade. Do not store the brush in direct sunlight, high-temp erature, or humid environments, as this may cause the handle to crack or the bristles to loosen. After cleaning, professional brush care products may be used to condition the bristles. Proper maintenance helps extend the lifespan of the brush. Natural hair brushes are consumable tools; normal wear is expected with regular use. Please replace as needed to maintain optimal painting results.
4. Natural Materials
As natural hair is a natural material, slight variations in color may occur between batches. Similarly, the grain and color of the solid wooden handle may vary between batches.
Please note that solid wood handles should not be soaked in water for extended periods, as this may cause deformation or cracking.

1.ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel a placed order, please contact us at service@raystudio.com before the order ships. Submitting a cancellation request before the order ships does not guarantee a successful cancellation. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully cancelled.
We cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. Please wait for your order to be shipped and contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return. Declining a shipped order or failing to follow the return procedure may result in the item being lost in transit or rejected by the warehouse due to lack of return registration, which may result in ineligibility for a refund or replacement.
2. RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer have to show, via photos or video, the defect in your product, and the associated defect is eligible for coverage.
To be eligible for returns,
- Products must be in their unused condition with the original packing and unopened. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. RAYSTUDIO cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to RAYSTUDIO. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

3. HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
You have up to 7 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.
Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.
